Mike Gildea

Michael is a Partner and leader of PwC Hong Kong and China’s specialist Working Capital Management Team.

He has more than 30 years experience in Management and Operations, and in Consulting, identifying and advising clients on improvement opportunities and leading working capital management engagements. He has lived in the Asia Pacific Region for over 20 years and has extensive experience across China and South East Asia.

Prior to joining PwC, Michael held senior roles in the Transportation and Logistics Industry with United Parcel Service, APL Logistics, UTi and Agility, where he served as Chief Executive Officer for South East  Asia.

Michael’s industry experience includes companies from Retail and Consumer, Transportation and Logistics, Automotive, Industrials & Engineering, Hi-Tech, and working with Private Equity Houses.

James Digby

General Partner

James is a Founding Partner at the Global Startup Alliance, a global organisation that recognises entrepreneurs and their respective supporting ecosystems in 35 countries around the world, and co-founded the award-winning startup incubator, Rockstart Accelerator in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

As a seasoned board member, most recently with Louisiana State University (LSU), James has also served on management teams, and been a personal mentor for a number of startups that have gone on to raise significant funding and global traction.

James has more than a decade of entrepreneurial experience working within startups, alongside corporations like Samsung, and public organisations such as the Saïd Business School at Oxford University and the Kauffman Foundation to develop innovation & strategy workshops as well as keynote on entrepreneurial techniques with a focus on lean methodologies and social innovation.

Jan-Cayo Fiebig

General Partner

Cayo is the proud Co-Founder of CodersTrust, a Learn and Earn platform for Freelancers. During his stay in Bangladesh, he built CodersTrust to a team of 45 people, that has up to date created the largest online workforce in the country; initiating projects with Rockefeller Foundation, World Bank, UNDP, WFP and the Danish Development Fund. 

Cayo is a Founding Partner at the Nordic Impact Investing Network, connecting the venture ecosystem in the Nordics to drive action and capital flow through impact investments. He frequently is invited to speak at conferences about future of work and impact investing in emerging markets. His last idea materialised in developing the #1 app in the German app store that was downloaded more than 440.000 times. 

Cayo sees the potential of a borderless workforce, the power of emotional intelligence and the embracement of uncertainty. Being hit by a lightning, an earthquake and hurricane, he probably also believes in attracting natural phenomenons.
